Skandiabanken og brukervennlighet

Hvorfor har ikke Skandiabanken viet en viss tanke rundt “send kode som SMS”. Når de vet jeg har kun en mobiltelefon registrert hos de – ingen andre måter – hvorfor må jeg da velge denne? Kunne ikke dette skjedd automatisk?
